The workshop was organized online, using a videoconference platform to allow six educational institutions from different locations to participate.
The workshop started with an overview of the EQAVET4Inclusion project, using a PPT to provide detailed information on the objectives and importance of the project. This was followed by a section dedicated to the Validation Process and Preliminary Findings, explaining the validation steps of the evaluation tool and training materials used in the project.
Participants were actively involved in practicing the Quick Scan tool. They had the opportunity to use the tool and provide feedback in real time, facilitating interactive discussion and exchange of ideas. The feedback collected from participants was essential for the evaluation and improvement of the tool.
Throughout the workshop were held question and answer sessions to clarify any concerns and discuss participants’ suggestions. The event ended with a summary of the points debated and thanks addressed to the participants for their valuable contribution.
